Digital Learning and Development Intern

If you believe in innovative solutions and leveraging technology to enhance education, we want to hear from you.

Depending on current projects, team members and intern’s skills, your tasks could include:

1) Website Design and Development

  • Assist in improving the school’s website to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence
  • Optimise website performance, ensuring fast loading times and mobile responsiveness
  • Create new landing pages that align with digital marketing strategies and incorporate various web tools (e.g. SEO, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager)

2) Educational Technology Research and Implementation

  • Research the latest educational technology and digital learning tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external tech partners to develop, test, and deploy new educational technology
  • Assist the academic and administrative departments in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects
  • Propose innovative solutions or integrate technology into the curriculum and classroom activities

3) Workflows and Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to challenges
  • Use automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) to streamline administrative and academic processes
  • Optimise customer experience flows, including payment gateways, teacher and room booking systems, WhatsApp API and customer service chatbots
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing School Management System (Salesforce) and Learning Management Systems to enhance performance and user experience

4) Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making processes
  • Utilise data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) to track student performance, attendance, and other metrics
  • Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into educational trends and operational efficiencies
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions

5) Any other projects taken on by the Learning and Development Team, and support other branches of the administrative or academic departments on an ad-hoc basis

 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong interest in the educational technology and its applications
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and platforms
  • Familiarity with software integration and API usage
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) and workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate)
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders

Language Teacher

  • Teach group and individual lessons for general and specific purposes

Corporate Affairs Executive

Digital Marketing Intern

If you believe in great design and original content, we want to hear from you.

You will work closely with our marketing team on digital marketing initiatives across various channels. Depending on current projects, team members and intern’s skills, your tasks could include:

1) Content Creation and Copywriting

  • Plan and generate engaging content for the school’s social media accounts, blog posts, and newsletters
  • Develop and curate content that aligns with and best addresses the school’s goals and audience interests
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and web content.
  • Write features or articles centred around language education and genuine stories of our students and teachers
  • Ensure all written content is clear, concise, and on-brand

2) Graphic Design and Creative Media Production

  • Create visually appealing graphics for various needs, including marketing collaterals for web and print, artwork for ads, social media, brochures, posters, and email newsletters
  • Capture high-quality photos of school events, classes, and facilities, editing and enhancing them for use in marketing materials and social media
  • Produce and edit videos for promotional purposes
  • Produce animations or other multimedia content to enhance the range of brand assets

3) Social Media Management and Advertising Campaigns

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers, and grow the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.)
  • Contribute towards the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

4) Competitor Analysis and Customer Journey Mapping

  • Research competitor’s pricing and products, and conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

5) Any other projects taken on by the Marketing Team, and support other branches of the administrative or academic departments on an ad-hoc basis

 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Good copywriting skills and a flair for storytelling
  • A good eye for design and visual communication
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends
